Very disappointing experience. We paid $535 for a full cleaning service, including carpet cleaning, and the results were unacceptable. Several areas in the home were clearly not cleaned, and the carpet cleaning in particular was poorly done—there was no indication it had even been properly treated. Although they initially reduced the price by $100 due to rescheduling our appointment multiple times, they later refused to take accountability for the carpet issue. They only offered a partial refund for the general cleaning and declined to refund the carpet service altogether. When we raised our concerns, the response, especially from Martha, was unprofessional and dismissive. We were even questioned about “what type of people we were” for expecting the service we paid for, which was completely inappropriate. They offered to come back and redo the service, but after the lack of quality and professionalism, we were not comfortable allowing them back into our home. I’ve used cleaning companies for years and this is our favorite team ever! Dependable, trustworthy and make our home sparkle and shine each time. They are efficient on every detail including microwave, stove, and any other spot I request. Even my pre-teen girls’ rooms look brand new when they leave. A joy to work with on scheduling too.
