1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services provided by 360 Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services booked via our website or over the phone.

2. Services Provided 360 Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to, Residential, Commercial, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out, and Specialized Janitorial services in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Pricing

  • Estimates: Online quotes are estimates based on standard room sizes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property differs significantly from the description provided.

  • Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Please secure all valuables, jewelry, and fragile items.

  • Ensure pets are secured in a comfortable area away from the cleaning zones.

  • Notify us of any specific hazards or delicate surfaces requiring special care.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.

7. Liability 360 Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation of items (e.g., loose towel racks), or pre-existing damage.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
